“Three Chickens of Bresse” Collector’s Edition Signed Artist’s Proof (2/5)

This is a one-of-a-kind 11″ x 14″ giclée fine art, individually signed and numbered [AP 2/5] print by Jacques Pepin.

The original print run of 200 signed and numbered limited edition prints was sold out and that print has been “retired” meaning no more will be printed or sold. This “collector’s edition” artist’s proof* is separate from that print run and is one of only five proofs.

*An artist’s proof is traditionally an impression of a print used to see the current state of the proofing process. However, the contemporary usage of the term generally means the artist’s proof is identical to all of the prints in the print run.
