Jacques is pleased to offer eight new original paintings for sale. These are Black Mother Hen, Dream Landscape, Marina’s Flowers, Les Chefs, Mr. Piper, The French Chix, Dining Table and Relaxing.

In addition to original artwork, The Artistry of Jacques Pepin also features limited edition signed prints and signed prints of some of Jacques’ hand-illustrated menus. A portion of the proceeds goes to support culinary education and sustainability.

On November 1, 2016, Jacques Pepin (Executive Culinary Director for Oceania Cruises) and family and friends set sail for the “Magical Mediterranean” aboard the Oceania Marina.

The Venice to Rome, 10-day cruise featured book signings, social gatherings and a unique culinary demonstration by chef Pépin. Cruise guests were treated to Pepin-designed special dinner menus in the Marina’s restaurants and “epicurean-infused” land excursions. Chef Pepin also presented cooking instructions aboard the ship’s state-of-the-art Culinary Center, all centered around chef Pepin’s signature style.

November 1, 2016, Boston, Mass: On November 29, 2016, The Boston University School of Hospitality Administration will welcome chef Jacques Pepin as its first Howard D. Johnson Executive-in-Residence chef. The program will host culinary industry leaders and executives who will share their expertise with students and faculty through lectures, workshops, mentorship and elective courses. The programs will range from one-day sessions through semester-spanning, multiple courses.

Jacques Pepin’s most popular 11″ x 14″ painting print was originally made into a print run of 150 when The Artistry of Jacques Pepin was launched in 2015. All 150 of the signed, numbered prints were sold and the 11″ x 14″ edition of the print was retired.

“The Cock” is now available as a larger, “gallery size” signed and numbered print. 100 of these larger size prints will be printed and hand-signed and hand-numbered by Jacques before this edition is retired and no longer available for sale.

The game of boules, otherwise known as pétanque, is perhaps the sport that is closest to French hearts. Similar to Italian bocce, the French version is traditionally played with metallic balls on a dirt surface beneath plane trees, with a glass of pastis at hand.
