Jacques and our Chef James Wayman will collaborate to prepare a traditional country holiday feast, featuring the bounty of rural New England.”
The Venice to Rome, 10-day cruise featured book signings, social gatherings and a unique culinary demonstration by chef Pépin. Cruise guests were treated to Pepin-designed special dinner menus in the Marina’s restaurants and “epicurean-infused” land excursions. Chef Pepin also presented cooking instructions aboard the ship’s state-of-the-art Culinary Center, all centered around chef Pepin’s signature style.

The game of boules, otherwise known as pétanque, is perhaps the sport that is closest to French hearts. Similar to Italian bocce, the French version is traditionally played with metallic balls on a dirt surface beneath plane trees, with a glass of pastis at hand.

Returning to his downtown Boston kitchen for the shows 14th season, the award-winning chef is taking cooking at home to a whole new level. With a background of Boston’s historic cityscape, Ming welcomes his many chef friends, including Jacques Pepin.
