Inspired by Jacques’ colorful artwork, Sur la Table’s exclusive new collection of kitchenware features hand-crafted Italian ceramics and décor. Centered around Jacques’s signature emblem of his artwork, the chicken, Sur la Table’s collection includes a wide variety of items, including cookware, dinnerware sets, decorative brass items, mugs, covered bowls, plates, pitchers, platters, towels and aprons and much more.
Shrimp Pané on Watercress, Rack of Lamb with Spice Crust, Peas á la Française and Chocolate Nut Pie with Berries. The recipes for these items are online and taught by Master Chef Jacques Pépin on the Sur la Table website.
In May, 2017, PBS stations will air a new four-part American Masters series “Chef’s Flight.” The four films are “Jacques Pepin: The Art of Craft”, “James Beard: America’s First Foodie”, “Alice Waters and Her Delicious Revolution” and “Julia! America’s Favorite Chef.”
November 1, 2016, Boston, Mass: On November 29, 2016, The Boston University School of Hospitality Administration will welcome chef Jacques Pepin as its first Howard D. Johnson Executive-in-Residence chef. The program will host culinary industry leaders and executives who will share their expertise with students and faculty through lectures, workshops, mentorship and elective courses. The programs will range from one-day sessions through semester-spanning, multiple courses.
