While aboard The Oceania Marina, guests will learn how to prepare a variety of gourmet dishes. Each guest has his or her own fully-equipped workstation in the ship’s Culinary Center. Master chefs from around the world, including Executive Chef Jacques Pepin, offer inspiration and guidance, but guests will actually prepare their own dishes.
The Oceania Marina was built with the “ultimate epicurean” in mind. It debuted in January 2011, along with a sister ship, The Riviera, each featuring the first hands-on cooking schools at sea. Among the Marina’s four specialty dining venues are “Red Ginger,” with Asian-inspired cuisine and “Jacques” the master chef’s unique restaurant at sea.
